Field Systems Engineer
Remote Support Technician

Qualified candidates will have experience with:
- Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation
- Microsoft Exchange Design, Implementation, and Management
- Microsoft Active Directory Design and Implementation
- Microsoft Windows Server 2000 & 2003

Candidate should have experience with two or more of the following technologies:
- Symantec AntiVirus Corporate and Enterprise Editions
- WatchGuard Family of Firewall Appliances
- SonicWall Family of Firewall Appliances
- Veritas / Symantec Backup Exec
- Microsoft WSUS / SUS

Team members must posses the ability to:
- Take accountability for and ownership of multiple accounts
- Provide superior customers service to customers and vendors
- Work well within a team environment
- Multitask in a fast paced environment
- Be able to learn and assimilate quickly in new technical environments

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
3+ years of professional experience and:

One or more of the following certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Windows Server 2000
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Windows Server 2003

OR

Two or more of the following certifications:
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA A+
CISSP
Watchguard Certified Professional

Preferred:
3+ years of consulting experience or
3+ years of field engineering experience
Bachelors or Masters degree

Commitments:
Applicants will be expected to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Field engineers participate in an on-call support rotation. The on-call engineer will be responsible for responding to emergency support calls 24 hours a day while he/she is on-call. Periodic weekend work will be required.

The qualified candidate will have experience in managing and adminstering:

-Follow protocol/procedures

Prefer:
